From May 1 to May 14, 2022, the Don Herring Festival will be held in a hybrid format (full-time and part-time), during which the famous Don fish will show off as a seasonal dish in a special festival menu of the best restaurants in Rostov and the Rostov region.
Rostov-on-Don – a city with taste!
Last year, due to the pandemic, this event was held only in participating restaurants with the information support of the Administration of Rostov-on-Don, this year it is planned to expand the format and involve as many participants and guest tasters as possible!
Required to participate prepare author's dishes from herring. Guests of the festival will have the opportunity to taste herring in an unusual presentation and in various culinary options.
Full-time part Festival "Donskoy Herring" is planned on May 21 in the OPEN AIR format in Kumzhenskaya grove (near the hotel "Donskaya roscha"). We invite everyone to participate.
